The position plays a key role in **team, resource, and operational planning management.** **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to established schedules and objectives. * Lead field work teams, coordinating shifts, resources, equipment, and operational priorities. * Monitor team and machinery performance, promptly managing failures, deviations, and maintenance needs. * Track productivity, cost, schedule adherence, safety, and operational efficiency indicators. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, maintenance, logistics, and other departments to ensure operational continuity. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement actions to optimize processes, resources, and team performance. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and applicable mining operational standards. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering**, or related field. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in mining operations, mining support services, or site management. * Experience leading work teams and coordinating field operations. * Knowledge of operational planning, productivity control, and resource management. * Experience working with equipment, machinery, or processes associated with mining operations. * Proficiency in **Excel and operational management systems**. * Leadership, decision-making ability, results orientation, and strong commitment to safety. Salary: $1\.200\.000 \- $2\.800\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
