Management Control Analyst **Location:** Iquique, Tarapacá Region, Chile **Company:** Sea Delights Venezuela SpA Job Description The **Management Control Analyst** will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the company's financial and operational processes, ensuring sound strategic decision-making through the use of management indicators and performance reports. Responsibilities * **Financial reporting:** Prepare periodic reports for management. * **Management indicator analysis:** Evaluate KPIs and propose improvements to internal processes. * **Budgetary control:** Monitor budget execution and identify variances. * **Process optimization:** Identify efficiency opportunities in operational and administrative areas. * **Decision-making support:** Provide strategic information to management. * **Regulatory compliance:** Ensure operations comply with local and corporate regulations. Candidate Profile * Degree in Business Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in management control, finance, or auditing. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and management software (ERP, BI). * Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and internal control. * Analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
