We seek individuals with experience in logistics and distribution, capable of efficiently coordinating dispatches and optimizing route planning. Main responsibilities: Coordinate customer dispatches considering delivery schedules, purchase orders, and delivery requirements. Plan and assign distribution routes. Coordinate truck and carrier assignments according to daily operations. Maximize utilization of available fleet. Coordinate special dispatches jointly with the sales department based on each customer's needs. Maintain constant communication with carriers and internal departments to ensure dispatch fulfillment. Monitor operations and resolve logistics process contingencies. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Technical training in Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred. Experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation. Experience as a Route Planner, Route Scheduler, Transport Coordinator, or similar roles preferred. Knowledge of route planning and carrier coordination. Proficiency in computer tools. Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00 hrs. Friday: 09:00–17:30 hrs. Modality: 100% in-person.
