Junior Support Architect

Position Summary: We are seeking a recently graduated architect or one with up to 1 year of experience to support technical drawing, rapid capacity studies, and regulatory documentation for service station projects. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the Architecture department of a major fuel company. 2. Fundamental support in technical drawing and capacity studies. 3. Management of municipal procedures and regulatory compliance. We seek a recently graduated architect or one with up to 1 year of experience to join the Architecture department of a major fuel company with the highest priority. The main responsibilities require speed in execution to support technical drawing, development of rapid capacity studies, and preparation of regulatory documentation for our automated service station projects. Main Responsibilities: Municipal management: Filing and submission to DOM, MINVU, and SEC, ensuring adherence to deadlines. On-site visits during construction: On-site assistance for technical surveys, progress inspections, and resolution of initial queries. Conduct rapid capacity studies and technical drawings of preliminary proposals for acquired sites. Develop and modify layout plans for fuel dispensers, vehicle access routes, and technical areas. Provide general support to the department in coordinating drawings with structural engineers and sanitary/electrical designers. Profile Requirements: Education: Recently graduated professional or graduate of an Architecture program. Experience: 0–1 year (internships or practical experience in commercial, retail, or construction projects will be valued). Technical tools: Advanced proficiency and agility in AutoCAD (mandatory). Knowledge and terminology: Solid understanding of OGUC regulations; familiarity with land/construction terminology and municipal regulatory requirements. Skills: Ability to work under priority-driven and time-sensitive conditions, proactivity, and high attention to detail. Salary: $1.050.000 – $1.100.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
