Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong orientation toward branding and corporate design, serving as a brand guardian, capable of working autonomously and with attention to detail. A leading professional services consultancy is currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of its corporate identity. We seek a candidate with strong branding and corporate design orientation, capable of working autonomously, exercising sound judgment, and paying close attention to detail—ensuring correct application of brand guidelines across diverse formats and channels. The candidate will play a significant role as brand guardian, safeguarding visual consistency and being able to technically justify and defend design proposals when required, while maintaining effective and flexible communication with various stakeholders. This focus aligns with the position description, which defines the role as guarantor of visual identity and responsible for upholding brand standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop corporate graphic assets for various media and channels. * Ensure correct application and visual consistency of the brand identity. * Develop materials for presentations, campaigns, digital content, events, and communications. * Translate commercial and communication requirements into visual solutions aligned with corporate guidelines. * Support the development and maintenance of brand tools, templates, and graphic resources. * Coordinate proper execution of assets with external vendors as needed. * Propose visual improvements within defined guidelines and standards. The original profile explicitly includes design for websites, social media, email campaigns, commercial presentations, brochures, training materials, and events. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Graphic Design or related field. * Minimum 5 years of design experience, ideally in branding, corporate identity, agencies, or communications departments. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign — mandatory requirement. * Experience working with corporate identity manuals and guidelines. * PowerPoint proficiency applied to corporate presentation design. * Up-to-date portfolio demonstrating relevant experience and graphic quality.
