Food & Beverage Supervisor We’re looking for you! We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our restaurant team. The supervisor is responsible for providing continuous support to the Head of Service in all areas as needed. Additionally, the supervisor directly oversees and closely monitors daily restaurant operations. **Key responsibilities include:** * Assisting with inventory management * Planning and inspecting dining room preparation * Managing reservations for all services * Being constantly available to guests * Supervising and organizing tasks for the entire team * Organizing and leading group outings to strengthen interpersonal relationships * Promptly addressing any complaints or suggestions from our members to meet their needs—contacting them personally and resolving issues immediately * Maintaining control over the Big Four * Preparing and monitoring staff Food & Beverage schedules, including shift changes, overtime, staff attendance, and proper uniform usage **Schedule:** Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday (with scheduled days off); specific hours assigned within a schedule framework between 7:00 AM and 11:30 PM **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * English proficiency—written and conversational—for communication with members (not mandatory) * Two years of relevant experience **Benefits:** * Meal allowance on-site (lunch or dinner depending on shift) * Breakfast or afternoon snack, depending on start time * Additional benefits available starting from the sixth month of employment **Base Salary:** 744,303 **Performance Bonus:** 126,043 **Transportation Allowance:** 41,012 Apply now—we’re waiting for you
