Responsibilities * **Fleet Management**: Supervise and optimize the use of transportation vehicles, ensuring availability and maintenance. * **Logistics Planning**: Design efficient distribution and transportation strategies. * **Cost Control**: Manage budgets and reduce operational expenses. * **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with transportation and road safety regulations. * **Team Management**: Lead and motivate operational staff to achieve objectives. * **Technological Optimization**: Implement digital tools to improve logistics efficiency.
