Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance Manager to efficiently manage and administer financial resources, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk management. Key Highlights: 1. Monitors the foreign exchange market and manages derivatives. **A well-established Chilean company specializing in the manufacturing of chemical compounds for the agricultural, mining, and industrial sectors is confidentially seeking a Finance Manager for its Administration and Finance department.** **Purpose of the Position** To efficiently administer and manage the company’s financial resources within defined timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust financial risk management, with an emphasis on service to internal and external clients. **Requirements** * Certified Public Accountant / Commercial Engineer (mandatory) * Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (desirable) * 5 years of experience in financial management and collections administration * Proficiency in cash flow management, working capital, bank position, and reconciliation * Knowledge of financial legislation and the foreign exchange market * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to financial management (desirable) **Main Responsibilities** * Management and control of working capital and bank current accounts * Management of USD-denominated flows, payments, returns, and foreign exchange settlements * Supervision of bank reconciliations and short-term investments * Management of short- and long-term bank liabilities * Monitoring of the foreign exchange market and derivative management * Administration of domestic and international collections, and credit insurance * Financial analysis and performance indicators for the department **Conditions** * On-site work mode * Willingness to travel * High degree of autonomy **The recruitment process is 100% confidential.
