We seek a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented individual capable of leading teams, making decisions, and upholding a high standard of customer service. Experience in mechanics and knowledge of electricity are especially valued, as these skills can be useful in day-to-day operational tasks. *What will be your challenge?* You will play a key role in operations: accompanying and supervising field technicians to ensure services are delivered correctly and that daily operational issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and monitor the work of field teams. * Support onboarding of new team members and train them on protocols and procedures. * Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support. * Respond to unforeseen situations and identify solutions to maintain service continuity. * Coordinate the availability, distribution, and retrieval of tools and equipment. * Manage procurement and replenishment of materials required for operations. * Supervise proper care and use of equipment, tools, and supplies. * Directly support customer relations in cases requiring intervention. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency. *What will you find in this role?* \- A position with high autonomy and responsibility. \- Direct involvement in a growing operation. \- Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. \- A close-knit and collaborative team. \- A dynamic environment where each day brings new challenges.
