Field Operations Foreman **Location:** Iquique, Tarapacá Region, Chile **Company:** Wolu Uganda 12 SpA Job Description The **Field Operations Foreman** will be directly responsible for coordinating and supervising operational activities at mining sites, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Responsibilities * **Crew Supervision**: Lead field work teams, assign tasks, and verify their execution. * **Operational Safety Control**: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and current regulations. * **Resource Management**: Administer tools, supplies, and equipment required for operations. * **Coordination with Supervisors**: Maintain smooth communication with management and support departments. * **Progress Reporting**: Prepare daily reports on site progress. * **Incident Resolution**: Address and resolve operational issues in the field. Candidate Profile * Technical education in mining, construction, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising mining or industrial operations. * Knowledge of mining safety regulations and equipment management. * Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
