Perform mise en place We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant/Trainee for a supermarket cafeteria located in Conchalí. * **Net salary:** $557\.000 / $566\.000 with extended benefits. * **Rotating shifts 6x1**: AM shift: 07:00–15:00 hrs / PM shift: 12:00–20:00 hrs **Requirements:** * Technical degree in gastronomy, higher technical degree, or relevant courses related to the position is desirable. * Experience as a kitchen assistant (food handling). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and take charge of a station (cold or hot kitchen). * Assist the head chef and chef de cuisine in food preparation. * Perform **mise en place**.
