This role sits right at the center of that effort. **About the Team and What We’re Looking For** We’re looking for two DevOps Engineers to tackle the day-to-day operational problems and improvements needed—and use those insights to make the product better with every iteration. Who joins this role is at the frontline where things become visible first: an order that didn’t arrive, an integration that failed, a process someone still performs manually. Here lies real-world insight into how Pinflag actually works—insight unavailable anywhere else in the team—and it’s learned quickly. The job is to use that insight to improve the quality of what we deliver. It’s not just about restoring each case to normalcy, but about leaving the system slightly better than before: understanding why something failed, fixing the root cause when possible, and flagging deeper issues needing further review. This is a role for someone curious about how things work under the hood—and eager to leave them better than they found them. **Key Responsibilities** \- Serve as the first line of response to issues reported by customers and internal teams: understand the issue, reproduce it, and resolve it when within your scope.
