Visit bsale.cl* **What will you achieve in this role?** * *Be the bridge between our customers and our system:* You'll be the first friendly voice and helping hand for our customers, guiding them through doubts and challenges so they can keep growing without limits. * *Make the complex simple:* You'll provide technical support to our customers, delivering clear answers and effective solutions for platform issues, ensuring every business continues operating without interruptions. You'll make an impact on our 10,000+ entrepreneurs. * *Service 11 out of 10:* You'll turn every interaction into a high-quality experience by providing fast and effective responses that make customers feel heard and valued. * *Enhance the customer experience:* When you identify improvement opportunities, confidently propose successful practices and share tips to help customers get the most out of Bsale. **What do we value in your application?** * Administrative or related technical/professional education. * At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
