About the Role
**Aur Media and Digital Communications** is seeking a **Corporate Services Analyst** to join our team in **Iquique, Tarapacá Region**.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating administrative and corporate processes to ensure the efficient operation of various organizational departments.
You will work closely with teams from **administration, finance, human resources, operations, procurement, and internal support** to maintain services, documentation, suppliers, and corporate requirements properly organized and managed.

As a Corporate Services Analyst, you will hold a cross-functional role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate administrative services and corporate requirements.
* Manage internal requests from various departments.
* Maintain updated corporate records and documentation.
* Coordinate with general and administrative service providers.
* Track purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
* Support contract and recurring service controls.
* Prepare administrative and management reports.
* Maintain updated databases and tracking spreadsheets.
* Coordinate office, supply, and service requirements.
* Support indirect procurement and administrative supply processes.
* Monitor contract and service expiration dates.
* Coordinate with finance for accurate supplier payment management.
* Support onboarding and offboarding activities for staff.
* Maintain properly organized supporting documentation.
* Coordinate meetings, internal activities, and logistical requirements as needed.
* Identify issues in administrative processes and propose improvements.
* Support internal audits and document reviews.
* Maintain professional communication with suppliers and internal users.
* Participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Perform other functions related to corporate services and administration.
Requirements
* **2–4 years of experience** in corporate services, administration, operations, procurement, or related fields.
* Prior experience as a **Corporate Services Analyst, Administrative Analyst, Administrative Coordinator, Corporate Services Analyst**, or similar position.
* Proficient use of **Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint**.
* Experience coordinating suppliers and administrative services.
* Knowledge of purchase orders, invoicing, and document control.
* Experience using **ERP systems, procurement platforms, CRM, or administrative systems** is preferred.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to handle multiple requests and priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments.
