Develops experience to advance toward commercial responsibilities **Position Summary:** Damplock Building Materials SpA is seeking a Construction Products Manager to drive the development and positioning of our portfolio of solutions for the construction sector. This role combines product management, market knowledge, and commercial coordination, enabling participation in decisions concerning new product lines, value propositions, and product evolution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage multiple product lines and monitor their performance * Identify customer needs and opportunities to expand the product portfolio * Evaluate proposals for new products prior to their introduction * Coordinate product launches with commercial, procurement, and marketing teams * Analyze sales data and product performance to inform future decisions * Prepare commercial and technical information to support sales teams * Maintain communication with suppliers regarding product updates and evolution * Collect customer feedback and translate it into improvement opportunities * Monitor market trends and shifts in sector demand * Support decisions related to product positioning and lifecycle management **Requirements:** * Experience in product management, construction, building materials, sales, distribution, marketing, or related fields * Ability to understand products and commercial needs * Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills * Customer- and market opportunity-oriented mindset * Proficiency in spreadsheets and digital tools * Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and diverse internal teams * Knowledge of construction materials or products is preferred but not mandatory * Prior experience as a Product Manager will be favorably considered * Technical, commercial, or professional education relevant to this field is valued **Why Join Us:** * Participate in decisions regarding product development for the construction sector * Gain exposure to diverse product lines, suppliers, and customer needs * Combine commercial expertise with technical learning about products * Participate in product launches and portfolio evolution * Strengthen product management skills applicable across different markets * Develop experience to advance toward broader commercial and product responsibilities Salary: $38\.400\.000 per year Work Location: On-site employment
