Mountain work at the most modern ski center in South America Valle Nevado, the most modern ski center in South America, has launched its recruitment process for the 2026 season. Therefore, it requires hiring a Concierge for its Hotel Operations and Risk Management team. The primary mission of this role is to deliver an exceptional and personalized experience for guests, acting as the central hub for information, coordination, and service management both within and outside the resort, ensuring high standards of hospitality at Valle Nevado **Responsibilities:** Receive, guide, and assist guests throughout their stay. Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions. Manage special requests. Coordinate transportation services. Coordinate bookings for ski/snowboard lessons and equipment rentals. Manage restaurant and experience reservations. Maintain communication with suppliers. **Requirements:** Higher technical education (programs related to Tourism and Hospitality). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Minimum two years of professional experience in this position. Availability to work on an 11x3 rotating shift schedule.
