We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to work in our privileged restaurant located on the 17th floor and join our team at the prestigious DoubleTree by Hilton Santiago Kennedy Hotel, situated in the heart of Vitacura. What We Are Looking For: \- Must be over 18 years of age. \- Immediate availability. \- Availability for AM shifts during the following hours: 05:00–13:00 06:00–14:00 07:00–16:00 05:00–14:00 \- Demonstrates initiative, energy, and eagerness to learn. \- Formal education in gastronomy and/or culinary courses (mandatory). \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Your Responsibilities: 1\. Prepare and present breakfast items (fruits, pastries, hot dishes, juices, cereals, etc.) according to hotel standards. 2\. Coordinate buffet setup and replenishment or à la carte service, ensuring variety and freshness throughout breakfast service hours. 3\. Supervise and perform daily mise en place for service, emphasizing efficiency and organization. 4\. Accommodate guests’ special requests (food intolerances, dietary restrictions, food preferences). 5\. Ensure continuous compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. 6\. And other duties as assigned.
