Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Lathe Operator to perform precision machining and repair of industrial rollers, ensuring quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate conventional lathes for machining rollers and industrial parts. 2. Perform dimensional inspections and precise measurements. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area according to safety regulations. We are currently looking for a Mechanical Lathe Operator to join the team at a major industrial plant located in the commune of Coronel. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for performing precision machining and repair of industrial rollers, ensuring compliance with the quality and safety standards required by the production process. Your main challenges: Set up and operate conventional lathes for machining rollers and industrial parts. Perform dimensional inspections and precise measurements according to technical specifications. Identify equipment anomalies and promptly report them to supervision. Complete technical records and checklists for performed processes. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area following safety regulations. What do we require from you? (Mandatory Requirements): -Education: Technical degree in Mechanics or Industrial Mechanics. -Experience: Proven experience in lathe operations or industrial machining. -Knowledge: Familiarity with overhead cranes and general industrial mechanics is desirable. Transportation Benefit: Shuttle bus available from Mall Plaza Trébol (Talcahuano) to the plant (Note: the bus does not stop in Coronel or Lota). Work Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts, Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs. or 18:00–04:00 hrs., with occasional weekend overtime availability. Location: Av.
