Responsibilities: SAP Management: Preparation of quotations and monitoring of technical processes exclusively within SAP Business One. Customer Service: Resolving customer complaints and providing telephone support under pressure while maintaining security and composure. Operational Judgment: Case analysis (warranties, spare parts, collections) to ensure technical process quality. Administrative Follow-up: Tracking internal and external requests using intermediate-level Excel. Requirements: Experience with SAP Business One: Mandatory requirement. Technical Services Background: Prior experience working on the service provider side (e.g., workshops, equipment technical support). Education: Professional Technical Degree or University Degree in administrative or related fields. Excel: Demonstrable intermediate-level proficiency.
