Collaborative work environment and committed team We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative In this role, you will be responsible for: Developing and managing commercial strategies for customer acquisition and retention, acting as sales representative and technical advisor for the company's products and services. Your role is critical in driving rentals and sales, delivering specialized solutions to customers, identifying business opportunities, and expanding the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base for the company's services and products. Personalized Technical Advisory: Provide specialized support in selecting and using the offered products and services. Marketing and Advertising Management: Develop strategies to increase visibility and attract potential customers. Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with Commercial Assistant and Operations, Administrative Assistant, and Technical Assistant teams to update fleet availability, contracts, technical specifications, and other operational aspects. Management Reporting: Present detailed results to Management, analyzing sales metrics, team performance, and campaign effectiveness. Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage issues arising from internal processes or customer interactions, ensuring efficient and timely resolutions. Goal Achievement: Ensure attainment of commercial and operational objectives, optimizing team management and efficiency.
