Role Purpose Lead the definition and evolution of technical standards, design robust solutions, and support the development team in delivering reliable, secure, and high-value business products. Key Responsibilities Define architecture, coding, and security standards Design and validate technical solutions Lead code reviews and quality practices Ensure reliable CI/CD and deployments Mentor and provide technical support to the team Translate business and client needs into clear technical decisions. Stack & Skills Experience in .NET projects (pre-8 or .NET 8) – C#, REST APIs, SQL | Architecture and SOLID principles | CI/CD | Git | Observability | AI for development. Mandatory Requirements Solid experience as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead. Experience designing and validating technical solutions in IT projects. Proficiency in code quality practices, CI/CD, and version control. Experience technically leading teams in agile cells or squads. Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related field.
