This position will be based in Chile and is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days per week in the office. As a **Talent Development Implementation** professional, you will play a critical role within the function. **You will be responsible for:** * **Cultivating leadership capability across our leaders through development programs** **Actions:** MMU Growth & Leadership Academies; Leadership Lab, LFR and LFF; Incubator; Inspiring; I am a People Manager * **Ensuring all functional areas deliver the Onboarding program to new hires on time and as scheduled:** For the Talent Development and HRM areas, you will deliver the program.
