Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Executive to manage deliveries, handle inquiries, verify orders, and coordinate with internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service at the counter and resolution of operational inquiries. 2. Internal coordination for order preparation and release. 3. Use of internal applications for order management. Temporary staffing company ACTIVOS CHILE is looking for: · Part-Time Customer Executive. · RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage order deliveries under the pickup modality. - Attend to customers at the counter and resolve operational inquiries. - Verify order information, documentation, and availability. - Coordinate with internal departments for order preparation and release. - Use internal applications such as BOC, DaaS, and AR. - Record and update information related to orders, pickups, and customer service. · Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM · Requirements: - Immediate availability - Experience in Customer Service. - Preferred experience in Picking and Packing - Valid Special-Purpose Criminal Record Certificate. - Up-to-date documentation; if foreign, valid temporary or permanent residence permit.-Requirements- Minimum education: Basic education years of experience Age: between 21 and 50 years Keywords: director, management, governance, regency, executive, managing, executive, costumer, customer
