Job Summary: We are seeking Pickers for the year's most important sales event, supporting the e-commerce department in a supermarket by preparing customer orders on the sales floor. At Grupo Aban, we are looking for Pickers for a project-based role at a supermarket, supporting the e-commerce department during the Cyber Day event. Two shifts are available: AM and PM. What will you do as a Picker? You will prepare customer orders directly on the sales floor, selecting products from shelves according to purchase orders. You will use an internal application to record order progress. You will maintain a smooth workflow and order in the assigned area. Compensation and Conditions $29,000 gross per day worked (fee-for-service payment model). Weekly payment. Schedule: 11:00–21:00 hrs Requirements Immediate availability for in-person training and work. Mandatory Android phone (for use with the internal application). Good physical condition (the job requires constant movement). Picker experience. Commitment and responsibility. Required Attire Dark-colored clothing (no logos or eye-catching patterns). No ripped pants. Closed-toe shoes or clean sneakers. Work Location: Supermarket in the Chillán area. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Basic Education 1 year of experience Age: Between 18 and 45 years
