We are looking for a professional who can assume full operational responsibility and is capable of executing, organizing, and scaling. Responsibilities · Lead execution of civil works and ongoing contracts · Manage fleet and heavy machinery · Control costs, productivity, and operational margins · Coordinate with procurement, finance, and general management · Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality, and safety standards · Requirements · Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, or related degree · More than 10 years of experience in construction, mining, or infrastructure operations · Experience leading multiple contracts simultaneously · Proficiency in cost control, planning, and productivity management · Direct field experience (not solely administrative management) · Leadership of large teams · Ability to make decisions under pressure · Preferred Qualifications · Experience in northern regions (Atacama, Antofagasta, Coquimbo) · Knowledge of plant operations (asphalt/concrete) · Familiarity with operational KPIs (productivity, costs, EBITDA) · Ability to structure and professionalize operations. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Institute / Technical Training Center 5 years of experience Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, supervision, operations, operations
