Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Operations Coordinator with leadership skills and operational focus to manage security services in the Biobío and Ñuble regions. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator for our Concepción branch! At Securitas Chile, we seek a committed professional with leadership capability and operational orientation to support the management of our security services in the Biobío and Ñuble regions. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate coverage schedules and staffing. Monitor attendance and operational updates. Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and clients. Support resolution of operational contingencies. Report deviations and support on-site service management. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Technical training in Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, Security, or related field is desirable. Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision, operational coordination, logistics, security, retail, transportation, or service roles involving personnel management. Experience in private security is desirable. Valid or expired OS-10 course certification is desirable. Class B driver's license (desirable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Availability for fieldwork. We especially value: Experience coordinating shifts, replacements, and staffing. Experience in customer service. Basic knowledge of labor regulations or private security standards. Ability to resolve contingencies quickly and in an organized manner.
