Job Summary: We are seeking Nursing Technicians for a long-term care facility, responsible for medication administration, assistance with nursing procedures, and comprehensive resident care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Medication administration and emergency response. 2. Assistance with nursing procedures and resident care. 3. Management of enteral feeding and supply control. For a Long-Term Care Facility located in the Commune of Vitacura, Nursing Technicians (TENS) registered with the Superintendence of Health are required for part-time or on-demand shifts from Monday to Sunday, according to availability. Responsibilities: • Prepare and administer medications and respond to emergencies. • Administer medications to each resident according to schedule and ensure the resident takes them. • Assist nurses with nursing procedures; perform them independently in their absence: intravenous access, catheter insertion, secretion aspiration, intravenous antibiotic therapy, oxygen therapy, nebulizations, and urine tests. Personal hygiene and comfort for residents and/or direct supervision if the resident’s dependency level permits. • Assistance and supervision during oral feeding. • Management of enteral feeding via gastrostomy, enteral tube, and nasogastric tube. • Check nursing supply stock to ensure necessary items are available for the shift. • Verify that each resident receives the correct breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. • All duties inherent to the position. Schedule: Day Shift: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM Shift Rate: Monday to Saturday CLP 35,000; Sunday CLP 40,000 Mandatory Requirements: 1.- Curriculum Vitae 2.- National Identity Card 3.- Degree Certificate 4.- National Registry of Individual Health Providers 5.- Background Check Copy -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary Education (Humanities/Technical Track) 2 years of experience Age: Between 28 and 40 years
