IT Technical Support Internship ECR GROUP® At ECR GROUP, a leading Human Resources services company, we are looking for an IT Technical Support Intern to join our IT team and gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment. What will you do in this role? Handle and manage support requests (help desk). Prepare, configure, and deliver computing equipment (PCs and laptops). Install software, operating systems, and corporate tools. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues. Escalate incidents to higher-level support when required. Log and track support tickets. Provide support to internal and external users. Assist with IT equipment inventory and control. Collaborate continuously with the team on various technological initiatives. Who are we looking for? Students or recent graduates from IT-related programs, such as: Technical Support Technician Networks and Telecommunications Technician Connectivity and Networks Technician Computing and Informatics Technician Systems Technician Systems Analyst and Programmer Computer Engineering (ongoing) Technical specializations from secondary education: Connectivity and Networks Programming IT Support We are looking for individuals who: Are eager to learn and grow within the IT field. Are proactive, organized, and responsible. Possess strong communication skills and user orientation. Enjoy teamwork. Conditions Work schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:45 AM–6:00 PM; Friday until 5:00 PM.
