Job Summary: We are seeking experienced cashiers for MVS Group in the Araucanía Region, responsible for cash management and providing direct, warm, and service-oriented assistance to customers. At MVS Group, we are looking for cashiers with experience in customer service to join our team in the Araucanía Region; their primary mission will be to address the requirements of users from clients at Los Héroes Compensation Fund. We seek motivated, service-oriented individuals who deliver a close, committed, and warm customer experience. Requirements: Desirable: Banking Cashier Course Completed Secondary Education Desirable: Experience in cash handling and customer service. Effective communication, organization, and attention to detail Customer orientation Main Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and safeguard the initial cash amount and money transfers during the shift, ensuring accuracy of amounts according to denomination. Perform daily cash reconciliation and transfer any excess funds exceeding the authorized limit to Treasury, as many times as necessary. Conduct the final cash count, deliver cash, keys, and stamps to the Branch Manager or Treasurer, and record daily work hours. Provide direct counter assistance to the public for processing payments, benefits, or transactions, ensuring courteous treatment and resolution of inquiries regarding branch services. Comply with internal company policies, security protocols, and current regulations to ensure operational integrity. · Employment Conditions: Compensation based on hourly rate.
