Development of content and coordination of internal communications At TeamWork, we are currently looking for an Educational Programs Coordinator for a major financial institution, aiming to ensure the operational continuity of educational programs and support internal communications of the department during the first semester · Main Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and update the dissemination and outreach strategy for the educational programs "Know Your Banknotes" and "Protect Your Banknotes." Manage, clean, and segment contact databases according to target audiences. Propose and execute dissemination actions to improve participation metrics. Coordinate registrations, confirm attendance, and follow up on educational activities. Develop informative, preventive, and educational content for internal communications and departmental materials. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure message consistency, tone, and timeliness. Prepare biweekly progress reports and monthly closing reports with results and upcoming actions. · Requirements: Technical or professional degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Public Administration, Cultural or Educational Management, or related field. (Mandatory) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, dissemination/outreach, content production, or management of training activities. Experience in database management, logistical coordination, and direct interaction with audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at user level. Experience in the public sector or financial/educational institutions (desirable). · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time (44 hours per week). 100% on-site modality. · Compensation: $1,900,000 CLP net monthly.
