




Position Summary: We are seeking an e-Learning Content Developer to design, develop, and implement dynamic educational materials in various formats and manage LMS platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create dynamic educational materials in multiple formats. 2. Manage LMS platforms and design compliance reports. 3. Conduct in-person, virtual, or hybrid training workshops and sessions. An automotive industry company is looking for an e-Learning Content Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training content in diverse formats. Responsibilities: - Create educational materials in multiple formats (e-learning, guides, presentations, videos, podcasts, infographics, interactive simulations, etc.) that are dynamic, engaging, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. - Develop practical activities, case studies, and assessments to reinforce learning and measure its effectiveness. - Manage LMS platforms, including uploading, configuring, and administering courses to ensure a smooth and accessible user experience. - Design and present simple reports on training program compliance. - Design and deliver training workshops and sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) focused on skill development related to the subject matter and materials created. - Serve as the liaison between users and the development team to resolve LMS platform incidents and improve the user experience. Education and Experience: - Degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Communication, Multimedia Design, Systems Engineering, or related fields. - Additional training in instructional design methodologies, learning technologies, and information technology. - Experience in graphic and training content design, and LMS platform management. - Experience facilitating in-person and virtual workshops. - Advanced proficiency in content development tools such as Canva, Synthesia, and Genially. Additional Considerations: - Commune: Huechuraba. - Work modality: Hybrid – 2 remote workdays (Wednesday and Friday) + 3 in-person days (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday). Availability to attend additional days if required. - Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:30.
