Job Functions Coordinate and supervise daily dispatches. Ensure timely deliveries and service level compliance. Optimize routes, loads, and transportation costs. Lead the dispatch team and coordinate with internal departments. Monitor operational KPIs and propose continuous improvements. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation. Experience leading teams. Planning and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in logistics control and management tools. Preferred education: Engineering degree or Technical Diploma in Logistics or related field.
