Job Summary: We are seeking a Cylinder Operator to mobilize, inspect, segregate, wash, conduct leak testing, replace valves, and seal gas cylinders, ensuring quality and safety standards. Focus on quality and safety in inspection processes ECR Group, a company specialized in outsourcing services, is looking to incorporate staff for a major GAS company: CYLINDER OPERATOR Work Location: Dalcahue Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 hrs Saturday: 08:30 to 12:00 hrs Main Responsibilities: Cylinder Mobilization: Transport, move, and position full cylinders in various formats, feeding production lines and assisting with truck loading/unloading as per operational requirements. Cylinder Inspection: Assess functional, aesthetic, and quality conditions of cylinders, verifying general condition, handles, dents, impacts, and adjustment rings. Remove non-compliant cylinders from the line. Cylinder Segregation and Washing: Remove cylinders exhibiting dirt, grease on coating, or general paint/logo wear after initial washing. Leak Testing: Verify cylinders after completion of inspection, washing, filling, and sealing processes, ensuring no leaks at base, stem, shell, or welds. Valve Replacement: Support valve replacement for damaged valves following authorized GLP removal procedures and operational standards. Cylinder Sealing: Install heat-shrink PET seals on valves, ensuring proper coverage and final presentation. Desirable Requirements: Experience in operational, production, or logistics roles (ideally in industrial or gas companies). Willingness to perform physical work and comply with safety regulations.
