Focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making At Talentfinder, we are seeking a Control and Planning Engineer for a pre- and post-natal replacement role at a leading energy company. Location: Las Condes (On-site) Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30–17:30 hrs | Friday 08:30–14:30 hrs Job Objective: Support operational planning, control, and analysis, maintaining constant coordination with applied engineering and field operations teams, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to monitor processes and achieve objectives. Analyze operational data and generate management reports. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards. Manage and process databases for indicator analysis and control. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Support operational planning and management control. Requirements: Professional degree in Engineering (Commercial, Industrial, or related fields) or equivalent qualification. Experience in planning, management control, or data analysis roles. Proficiency in Power BI. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Database handling experience. Desirable Knowledge: Power Query. Python. Process automation tools.
