Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support accounting operations, closings, tax management, and HR functions for marketing and hardware companies located in Recoleta. Accounting Closings: • Support monthly and annual accounting closings. • Conduct account analysis. Tax Document Management: • Maintain and control purchase and sales ledgers. • Review monthly rejections of sales invoices. • Verify authorization of purchase invoices. • Assist in preparing forms F29 (VAT) and F22 (Income Tax). • Maintain archives of accounting and tax documents. HR Management: • Calculate, validate, and manage salary payments. • Perform controls and validations defined by the department to ensure accurate and timely salary payments. • Calculate, validate, and pay social security contributions, and obtain related certificates (Previred, F30). • Record, validate, and process salary advances. • Support employee termination processes by reviewing corresponding settlement documents (finiquitos). • Keep vacation accruals updated and monitor/validate records of taken vacations to adjust accruals. • Monitor and maintain up-to-date personnel information in the system. • Track employee attendance. • Support data entry into DT systems (e.g., salary ledgers, employment contracts, annexes, settlement documents) We seek: • Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within accounting, treasury, and/or payroll departments. • Proficiency in accounting and financial tools (Excel, ERP, or accounting software). • Knowledge of Chilean accounting regulations (SII). • Familiarity with current labor regulations. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma (Humanities track) / Technical degree 2 years of experience Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, accountant, payroll clerk, controller, bookkeeper, billing clerk, treasurer, accounting clerk
