Position: Welder \- Structural Workshop, Antofagasta Position Purpose: * Perform and support welding and lifting tasks in maintenance and repair of components on equipment distributed by JoyGlobal, in accordance with requirements specified in work programs established by Project Management for various equipment and applicable HSEC\-Q regulations; aiming to carry out diverse supporting tasks for peers across different levels. * Acquire technical knowledge and experience within the organization to support career development. Responsibilities: * Identify mechanical and structural components used in equipment distributed by JoyGlobal. * Interpret structural drawings and recognize their symbology. * Perform SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding processes. * Develop and perform FCAW welding processes. * Complete checklists for tools and equipment required for assigned tasks. * Safely and efficiently operate oxy-cutting equipment. * Ensure compliance with HSEC\-Q regulations and procedures.
