Job Description The **UX/UI Designer** will be responsible for researching, designing, and optimizing digital interfaces, ensuring they are functional, accessible, and visually appealing. This role involves collaborating with development and product teams to deliver high-impact user experiences. Key Responsibilities * **User Research**: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing. * **Interface Design**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using digital tools. * **Experience Optimization**: Improve interaction flows based on metrics and feedback. * **Design Systems**: Implement and maintain style guides and reusable components. * **Interdisciplinary Collaboration**: Work alongside developers, product managers, and marketing teams. * **Digital Innovation**: Introduce emerging trends and technologies in UX/UI design. Requirements * Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Interaction, Computer Engineering, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI. * Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and Design Thinking. * Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate technical English.
