Explore a world of possibilities—and join our team! **Position Objective:** To efficiently and promptly manage Explora’s financial flows, ensuring accurate execution of payments, reconciliations, and accounting entries, while guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Additionally, provide support to destinations to contribute to transparency and robustness in treasury management. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform monthly bank reconciliations for RTDP and Explora Chile destinations. Develop and execute weekly supplier payroll for reimbursements, fees, investments, and critical or vulnerable suppliers (Rio Serrano, RTDP, Explora Chile destinations), ensuring adherence to deadlines and internal policies. Execute weekly payments to international and foreign suppliers—including commissions and reservation refunds, and forward contracts. Coordinate transfer payments to Valle Sagrado, Meliquina, Bolivia, RTDP, and Rio Serrano. Monitor each Chilean destination’s local suppliers and reimbursements, providing support to local teams and controlling payment and reimbursement flows. Record foreign exchange differences in dollar-denominated current accounts and mutual funds. Participate in accounting closings and audits, providing information and documentation related to treasury movements. Record company expense and revenue transactions. Ensure all treasury operations comply with applicable internal policies and accounting or tax regulations. Application Requirements: Higher education degree as an Auditor Accountant or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Treasury (mandatory). Advanced Excel proficiency and intermediate SAP B1 knowledge (mandatory). Familiarity with Chile’s Internal Revenue Service (SII), banking portals, and payment systems. Explora is built by all of us!
