We have established ourselves as a leading company in this sector, delivering comprehensive solutions to our clients. **Your Main Responsibilities** * Install TX equipment and antennas on telecommunications towers. * Carry out daily tasks assigned by the supervisor or coordinator. * Ensure proper use of tools and work equipment. * Strictly adhere to safety regulations, especially when working at heights. * Verify that installations are performed according to technical specifications and quality standards. **What We Are Looking For** * Technician with intermediate or advanced education in Telecommunications, Connectivity and Networks, or a related field (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience installing telecommunications equipment or components. * Basic knowledge of telecommunications, connectivity, and networks. * Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment. * Valid certification for working at heights and occupational safety (PPE). **What We Offer** * Job stability. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment. * Professional growth and development. **Benefits** * Employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:30, plus shift system. * Supplementary health and life insurance. * Los Andes Compensation Fund
