The professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing solutions that optimize internal processes and strengthen the company’s competitiveness in the market. Main Responsibilities * **Technology solution design**: Define architectures and implementation strategies. * **Project management**: Coordinate technology development and integration initiatives. * **Digital innovation**: Introduce new tools and methodologies to improve processes. * **Team supervision**: Lead multidisciplinary teams in IT projects. * **Process optimization**: Implement improvements in efficiency and productivity. * **Customer relationship management**: Ensure satisfaction and retention through effective solutions. * **Executive reporting**: Present results and forecasts to senior management. Requirements * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 7–8 years of experience in **technology solutions management**. * Advanced knowledge of ERP, CRM, cloud computing, and agile methodologies. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and strategic thinking. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (preferred).
