




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical IT Support Analyst to cover vacation leave, responsible for ticket handling, end-user support, hardware and software diagnostics, and coordination with vendors. Management and tracking of requests At Progesys, specialists in Recruitment and Selection, we are currently looking for a Technical IT Support Analyst for **vacation coverage** for a leading healthcare assistance company located in Vitacura. Main Responsibilities: * Handling and resolution of **support tickets**, both on-site and remotely. * Support for **end users** regarding computer equipment, printers, and peripherals. * Diagnosis and resolution of **hardware and software** incidents. * Management and tracking of requests through the ticketing system. * **Quotation and coordination with IT service and equipment vendors**. * General support in operational tasks within the IT department. Requirements: * Technical or professional education in **Computer Science, Networking, Systems, or related field**. * Prior experience in **IT technical support** (not mandatory). * Knowledge of **Windows and Office tools** at user level. * Service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and organizational ability. Conditions: * Contract for vacation coverage (approx. 1 month). * Work modality: On-site in Vitacura. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 15:15 hrs or up to approx. 16:15 hrs. * Remuneration aligned with market standards.
