Your primary objective will be to execute the planned activities of the technical service department, providing support both on-site and in the workshop, as well as collaborating in metrology tasks, ensuring high-quality and efficient service for customers. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Perform activities according to departmental planning and instructions; carry out technical work on-site or in the workshop as per customer requirements. * Communicate with customers to determine requirements; conduct on-site visits to identify technical needs. * Request, deliver, and facilitate relevant technical information to other departments to ensure service delivery. * Install hardware and software; build or repair electronic circuits and other technical devices. * Generate detailed technical reports on performed activities, diagnostics, and applied solutions. * Efficiently control, maintain, and operate departmental equipment, tools, vehicles, and software. **Ideal Profile:** * Academic Background: Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electronics, Electronic Systems, Electronics, or related fields. * Desired experience: 1 year in similar roles. * Class B driver's license * Basic Technical English (desirable) * Knowledge of the industrial sector.
