In this case, we are seeking a **Shift Mechanical Technician** for our **Puente Alto** plant. If learning excites you and you want to leave your mark, this is the place for you! ### **Job Mission:** * Ensure the proper mechanical operation of plant equipment during the shift through inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of production lines and support equipment, always complying with the company’s safety standards and supervision-defined priorities. ### **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Perform electrical repairs, inspections, and interventions during the shift, ensuring operational continuity of production lines and area equipment. * Prepare technical reports on performed interventions, providing key information for failure analysis, action plans, and prevention of future breakdowns. * Conduct daily inspections of lines and equipment, identifying improvement opportunities and anticipating potential deviations that could affect operations. * Actively contribute to the company’s safety programs, promoting safe behaviors and supporting risk reduction in operations. ### **Requirements** * Completed and passed secondary education (4th year of high school). * Professional qualification as a Mechanical Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent degree in progress. * Desirable knowledge of industrial processes, 5S, and TPM. * Availability to work rotating shifts in the commune of Puente Alto. * Experience in chemical/food production companies. ### **Benefits:** * Commuting buses. * Meals. * Growth and training programs. **Important Note:** At Softys, we promote inclusive employment.
