The purpose of this position is to provide first- and second-level technical support to the organization’s internal users, ensuring the operational continuity of IT services by promptly and effectively addressing incidents, requests, and service demands—both on-site and remotely—in order to maintain a satisfactory user experience within a highly demanding environment.
