The position involves training users on system usage and operation of integrated equipment, managing and maintaining analytical methods, work templates, and quality control procedures (QA/QC and SPC), administering profiles, roles, and access rights within LIMS, providing technical support for laboratory equipment integration and connectivity, managing system licenses and requirements, and continuously coordinating with Quality, IT, and Commercial departments to ensure proper system operation and continuity.
