Position Summary: We are seeking a Deputy Finance Manager to lead treasury, billing, collections, and procurement functions, ensuring financial sustainability and supporting business decision-making. Participate in reviews and committees to provide financial information. **At VOLTA, we lead the transformation of the waste management industry to build a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Chile.** We are currently looking for a **Deputy Finance Manager** to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing VOLTA’s strategy across treasury, billing, collections, and procurement functions to ensure the organization’s financial sustainability and to provide financial insights for business decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead treasury, billing, collections, and procurement management across the group’s various companies. * Plan and review company-wide financial cash flows to ensure compliance with organizational obligations and duties, and to provide financial insights for investment decision-making. * Establish collection procedures to ensure invoice recovery within the commercial terms agreed upon in service delivery. * Review monthly billing income in systems to ensure consistent cash flow across the entire organization, coordinating with internal counterparties to ensure accurate billing. * Design and oversee compliance with acquisition, inventory, and disposal processes for company assets, as well as insurance structures covering such assets. * Participate in shareholder reviews and internal committees to provide financial information for decision-making. **What We Are Looking For:** * Professional degree in Commercial Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * A postgraduate diploma or master’s degree in finance is desirable. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance leadership or deputy management roles, preferably within a holding company or corporate group. * Minimum 3 years’ experience leading teams. * Advanced proficiency in English. * ERP system experience; intermediate-level SAP knowledge is desirable. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Power BI knowledge is desirable.
