We seek a committed individual with operational leadership orientation and a focus on continuous improvement to coordinate and control industrial hygiene activities, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, occupational safety, and operational continuity standards at Agroindustrial El Paico. Position Objective
Manage the human, material, and equipment resources required to execute industrial hygiene activities during pre-operational and operational cleaning processes at the plant, ensuring compliance with standards defined by the Integrated Management System, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, and established operational plans. Main Responsibilities
Manage and control assigned resources (personnel, materials, and machinery) for pre-operational hygiene, operational hygiene, and yard organization processes.
Monitor compliance with cleaning instructions and sanitation procedures.
Ensure correct execution of pre-operational cleaning within defined timeframes.
Supervise handling of solid and hazardous waste according to current regulations.
Guarantee availability of bins, trays, pallets, cleaning tools, and other operational resources.
Control safe and efficient use of chemicals employed in hygiene processes.
Coordinate and supervise the Industrial Hygiene Operators team under their responsibility.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
Implement action plans aimed at achieving quality, safety, production, and environmental objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to quality and food safety, occupational safety and health, environmental management, energy and water efficiency, and biosecurity.

Requirements
Academic Qualifications
Medium-level Technician degree preferred.

Logistics
Administration Experience
At least 1 year of experience in companies with similar characteristics. Knowledge
Emergency procedures and spill response protocols.
Regulations governing hazardous waste storage.
Interpretation and handling of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Experience or knowledge in industrial hygiene is preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is preferred.
