Conduct agile and proactive monitoring of security and availability alerts across critical assets within managed customer operations. Inspect, detect, and identify various events—using monitoring tools and automated processes—that could jeopardize the operational continuity of customers’ critical infrastructure, thereby ensuring service continuity through health indicators, configurations, and capabilities of managed platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor security and availability events using specialized tools. * Generate and manage security and infrastructure incidents under the ITIL framework to ensure operational continuity. * Ensure operational continuity and compliance with contracted SLAs by proactively minimizing risks. * Manage tickets within the Sub-Directorate or with resolution teams, prepare reports, and propose improvements to service stability while meeting established deadlines. REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Telematics, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience working within security and availability monitoring teams, analyzing threats, incidents, and requirements. **Required Knowledge:** o Tools, technologies, and methodologies required for IT solution operations. o Demonstrable experience in networking, security, and IT infrastructure. o Proficiency in TCP/IP and the OSI model. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Familiarity with NGFW, WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, AV, EDR, etc. * PRTG Certification (CME). * Cisco Certifications (CCNA). * Palo Alto Certifications (PCNSA). * Fortinet Certifications (NSE4). * EDR Certifications: Sophos – Kaspersky – Trend Micro – McAfee We look forward to welcoming you! **Requirements:** Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Telematics, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications 2 years of experience working within security and availability monitoring teams **Offer Conditions:
