At SALFA, we are looking for a **Service Planner**, responsible for ensuring the timely supply of spare parts required by technical services, guaranteeing efficient service delivery and an outstanding experience for our customers.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Manage and process spare parts requests originating from technical services.
* Timely entry of materials into Work Orders (WO).
* Coordinate spare parts availability by managing stock levels, inter-branch transfers, and purchase requests as required.
* Commit to and communicate material delivery dates responsibly and assertively.
* Continuously monitor spare parts status and keep all stakeholders informed.
* Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to minimize stockouts and waiting times.
* Control material pick-up and return processes, ensuring proper safeguarding of company assets.
* Contribute to workshop operational continuity and customer satisfaction.

Technical or professional education.
Ideally, studies related to mechanics, logistics, administration, or related fields.
Experience in spare parts management, procurement, or planning.
Familiarity with spare parts catalogs is desirable.
Proficiency in work order management and control systems.
