A technology company is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to work in Santiago. Job Objective: You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and monitoring of various database engines supporting the Red app’s operations throughout the entire project duration of 17 months, providing guidelines aligned with DTPM requirements and leveraging your demonstrable experience in similar projects, making your expertise available and incorporating industry best practices into your daily responsibilities. Requirements: * Professional holding a degree in Civil or Executive Engineering or equivalent, in the field of Information Technologies, from a program lasting at least eight semesters. * PostgreSQL Database Administration: Experience administering PostgreSQL databases to design, implement, and optimize database schemas; perform backup and recovery tasks; and monitor and tune database performance. * Redis Administration: Experience administering and using Redis—a high-performance in-memory database—to design and implement solutions leveraging Redis as a cache or fast, efficient data store. * Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services), Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure in implementing, configuring, and administering cloud services.
